Meet Lauren
THE HEART AND SOUL BEHIND INCORPORATE JOI.
My middle name is Joi, and it carries a legacy.
Before I ever took my first breath, there was another little girl in my family named Joi. She lived for only one week. She was the first girl, the one who changed everything. I never had the chance to meet her, but my mother chose to carry her legacy forward through me. For years I didn't fully understand the weight of that gift. Now I carry it with intention.
Growing up, my family gathered more often in moments of loss than celebration. My grandmother understood that better than anyone. She was the one who instilled the foundation for Incorporate Joi within me. Losing her taught me, more than anything else, that moments don't wait for us to be ready. You honor them while you still can, or you don't get the chance to.
But this isn't only a story about where I came from. It's about who I've become because of it.
I spent years learning who I actually am, not who I thought I was supposed to be. I'm an athlete at heart, competitive, a little shy until I'm not. I'm happiest with my feet in the ocean or a passport stamp still fresh, having a real conversation with someone I just met in a country I've never been to before. I've learned that connection can't be forced or performed. It either happens, or it doesn't. My best friendships, my best clients, even the version of myself I like most, all showed up the same way: unscripted.
That's the whole philosophy behind Incorporate Joi. I don't build your celebration off a template, because I don't believe in living life off one either.
Beyond the celebrations, you'll often find me catching flights, cheering on the Chiefs, or spending time with my Yorkies, Kash and Nala, the true executives behind the scenes.

The Experience
Your celebration deserves more than a checklist.
I turn your vision into a day that feels completely yours, planned with real care from the very first conversation to the last goodbye.
Step 1: The Conversation
We start with a real conversation, not a questionnaire. I want to know your story, what matters to you, and how you want your guests to feel. That's where everything else begins.
Step 2: The Vision, Realized
Once I understand your vision, I bring it to life through thoughtful design and the right people to make it happen. Nothing is generic. Every choice is made with you in mind.
Step 3: The Day Itself
This is where I handle everything, so you don't have to think about any of it. You're not managing vendors or timelines. You're just present, fully in your own celebration
This is the Incorporate Joi experience. Personal. Present. Yours.
At Incorporate Joi, your celebration is never just an event to check off. It's personal, it's intentional, and it matters to me as much as it matters to you.
I built this business because I know what it costs to celebrate a version of your life, or a moment, that isn't actually yours. I don't want that for you, especially not on one of the biggest days of your life.
Whether it's a Dallas wedding, a destination celebration, or a corporate event, the standard is always the same. Clarity. Care. Excellence.
You bring the vision. I bring the care to carry it out.
